We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped between 6 -10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

CORe Strengthening Classes (8 -10 ppl)
Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need.
Strength Training (6 - 8 ppl)
These sessions provide the accountability and instruction of a trainer combined with the support of a group atmosphere. Together we encourage one another and celebrate accomplishments.
CORe BOXING (max 6 ppl)
Fundamentals of boxing (different boxing styles, stances, punching combos & more).
A cardio-intensive shred that also improves stamina & endurance!
