We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped between 6 -8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. 

MIND.

PERSONAL TRAINING
 Personal trainers provide accountability and formal instruction to help meet your individual needs. 

BODY.

COR-HIIT

  • 35 minutes (includes quick warm-up & stretch) 

  • full body, focus on the CORe

 

  • mostly bodyweight

  • high intensity interval training

COR-COMBO

  • 55 minutes, low-intensity cardio  

  • bodyweight, balance & flexibility, combo of strength training with a focus on the CORe (resistance bands, free weights, SBT)

  • full body, modified training

SPIRIT.

COR-STRENGTH

  • 55 minutes

  • bodyweight, focus on strength/weight training (free-weights, SBT, universal/cable)

  • full body, specific body splits, with CORe interspersed throughout

  • cross-training - different styles of workouts (HIIT, HIRT, AMRAP, Tabata, etc.)

COR-CIRCUIT

  • 55 minutes

  • bodyweight, strength/weight training (free-weights, SBT, universal/cable, props)  

  • full body, CORe-focused - fun & competitive challenges along the way

  • circuit-style training, including transitions of HIIT & HIRT

SOUL.

COR-MOM&ME
COR-MOM&ME is a 55 minute semi-private training session for Moms (or Dads) to encourage their kiddos to become active, and get moving - TOGETHER. No more SCREENS! This session focuses on full body, bodyweight CORe Strengthening. *Space is limited, BOOK NOW!
